A street hawker is a person who sells different things moving from street to street.He is a common sight in towns and cities.He is a poor and helpless person. He usually lives in a slum. He puts on a peculiar dress of different colours. He knows his business well. He often makes peculiar sound to draw the attention of his customers. sometimes he starts singing or dancing. His special customers are children and women. He sells various kinds of things like sweets, drinks, books, pens, medicines, ready made garments, cosmetics, fruits, vegetables etc.He carries his goods in his hands or over his shoulders. Actually he sells things at a cheap rate . He works hard to manage his family . But he has to live a poor life.Some steps should be taken to improve the lot of a street hawker.
A Rich Man and a Happy Cobbler There lived a happy cobbler who passed his days working and singing from morning till night.A rich neighbor of him was a banker who one day said to him, "How much a year do you earn?"
