Once a dog stole a piece of meat from a butcher's shop. He was very glad to have it and thought of a heavy meal at home. He was greedy. On the way there was a small river. Over the river there was a bridge. The river was full to the brim. While the dog  was passing the bridge he saw his own shadow into the water. But he thought it was another dog. As he opened his mouth his own meat dropped into the water. He tried his best to have his own but in vain. The dog was foolish. So, he lost not only his meat but also his life. The teaching of the story is 'grasp all lost all'.
